Intern / Working Student IT Support (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You support the internal IT support team in day-to-day operations.
  • You contribute to exciting IT processes and independently take on smaller projects.
  • You work closely with the entire IT team.
  • You assist users across all locations and provide support with IT-related questions.
  • You support the administration of servers, telephone systems, and access control systems.
  • You assist with basic incident and problem analysis, escalate issues where necessary, and resolve them under guidance.
  • You maintain and manage company-wide email distribution lists.
  • You support the setup and configuration of new workstations.

What we require:

  • You are currently studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • You have ideally gained initial practical experience through internships or working student positions.
  • You possess very strong knowledge of Windows environments (particularly Windows 10 and Windows Server) and are confident in working with Microsoft applications and services.
  • You bring solid hardware expertise, including experience with laptops, tablets, printers, and related peripherals.
  • You demonstrate a strong technical affinity combined with solid analytical and communication skills.
  • You work in a service-oriented and team-oriented manner and take pride in your work.
  • You handle sensitive data responsibly and with a high level of diligence.
  • You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
