What we look for:

You own analytical workstreams that turn complex data into decisions, operational improvements, and measurable business outcomes for clients.
You work directly with stakeholders and end users to understand decision processes, define the questions that matter, and translate them into robust analyses and data products.
You build scalable analyses, reporting solutions, dashboards, and decision-support tools that are embedded into real business workflows rather than delivered as one-off outputs.
You combine data from multiple sources, establish transparent definitions and quality checks, and surface the drivers behind performance and behavior.
You iterate with users to improve relevance, usability, and adoption and communicate findings through clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
You collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, consultants, and product teams to move from insight to implementation.
You contribute reusable analytical assets, KPI standards, and best practices and support the development of less experienced analysts.

What we require:

You hold a very good university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or another analytical or quantitative discipline (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
You have a strong track record with at least two years of experience in web and data analytics strategies.
You are familiar with Google Analytics, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
You demonstrate a strong affinity for internet trends and technologies.
You possess strong analytical skills as well as very good Excel skills.
You stand out through strong time management skills and a reliable working style.
You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work.
You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
