- You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have 3-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, sales operations, revenue systems, GTM systems engineering, or related disciplines.
- You have proven hands-on experience implementing HubSpot in complex B2B environments.
- You possess deep expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub and strong experience with Revenue Hub and Data Hub.
- You understand lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, revenue governance, and commercial process optimization.
- You have hands-on experience with modern AI-native Engineering, including Claude (Anthropic), Cursor, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or comparable frameworks.
- You understand Generative AI, LLM architectures, RAG, tool calling, Agentic AI concepts, and AI-powered workflow design.
- You have experience building AI assistants, agents, copilots, or autonomous workflows for business applications.
- You are familiar with HubSpot AI capabilities and HubSpot Agents.
- You have experience integrating CRM, ERP, customer data, and AI platforms through APIs.
- You have knowledge of workflow orchestration and automation platforms, particularly Make (by Celonis).
- You are comfortable working with client stakeholders and translating business requirements into scalable system architectures.
- You are fluent in German and English; additional local language skills are a plus.
