- You work directly with client leaders, domain experts, and end users to understand operational realities, refine requirements, and turn ambiguous challenges into deployable solutions.
- You lead cross-functional teams across AI, data engineering, software engineering, product, and strategy, ensuring that technical implementation remains tied to measurable business outcomes.
- You design practical deployment architectures and integration approaches that embed AI solutions securely and reliably into existing systems, workflows, and decision processes.
- You drive rapid iteration with users, using feedback, performance data, and operational insights to improve solution quality, usability, and adoption.
- You take ownership of delivery quality, scope, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across complex AI initiatives.

- You bring solid hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
