Associate Consultant Change Management – AI Adoption (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You support change planning, communication, and training coordination across AI initiatives.
  • You prepare stakeholder materials, rollout plans, and adoption tracking for new tools and workflows.
  • You gather user feedback and support action tracking to improve adoption and readiness.
  • You collaborate closely with delivery and business teams to align change activities with implementation progress.
  • You help structure communication formats and ensure consistent messaging across stakeholders.
  • You contribute to the execution of change and adoption activities in dynamic project environments.

What we require:

  • You hold a degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
  • You have 1–2 years of experience in change, communication, or transformation support.
  • You have strong written communication skills.
  • You are structured and detail-oriented.
  • You are comfortable working with different stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
