(Senior) MLOps Engineer (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You build and deploy production-grade machine learning systems, tools, and infrastructure.
  • You design and implement scalable pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • You collaborate closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and software engineers to bring models into production.
  • You ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of ML systems across environments.
  • You contribute to reusable solutions and standards that accelerate the delivery of machine learning systems.
  • You act as a technical advisor in projects, supporting stakeholders in translating machine learning concepts into practical solutions.

What we require:

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • You have 3–6 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or machine learning engineering.
  • You have hands-on experience operationalising machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • You have strong programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of software engineering best practices.
  • You have experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • You are familiar with containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
