What we look for:

You take ownership of day-to-day office operations at our Munich headquarters, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
You manage the front desk and reception, professionally welcoming clients, candidates, and guests and creating a positive first impression.
You organize and coordinate office supplies, work closely with service providers, and manage external partners.
You plan, organize, and ensure the smooth execution of internal team and company events.
You actively contribute as a member of the Office Management Team, collaborating closely on all office-related topics.
You coordinate customer appointments, internal meetings, and company events, ensuring effective scheduling and organization.
You organize and coordinate travel arrangements to enable seamless logistics for OMMAX colleagues.
You handle professional internal and external correspondence in both German and English.
You act as a reliable point of contact for external partners, service providers, and visitors.
You take responsibility for defined office-related processes and administrative workflows.
You contribute to the continuous improvement of existing office processes and support the development of new ones.
You independently manage smaller projects and coordination tasks and proactively support teams in their daily operational and administrative needs.

What we require:

You ideally bring initial experience in office management, administration, hospitality, or a comparable position.
You stand out through a friendly, open, and service-oriented personality, combined with a high level of ownership and reliability.
You work in a structured and dependable manner and demonstrate a strong hands-on mindset.
You feel comfortable working in a team-oriented, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
