- You help identify potential business opportunities through desk research, prospecting support, and by contributing to lead-generation activities.

- You support in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders by assisting in communication and preparation work.
- You help track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and support management reporting on progress, outcomes, and improvement opportunities.
