Manager ERP Strategy & Transformation (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You lead and manage complex ERP Strategy & Transformation projects - from strategic planning to vendor selection and implementation guidance - ensuring measurable business impact.
  • You develop data- and tech-driven ERP strategies, leveraging AI, automation, and digitalization to boost efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
  • You design and orchestrate ERP architectures and enterprise ecosystems, integrating ERP, CRM, SCM, and digital platforms.
  • You conduct technology audits, process assessments, and data maturity evaluations to identify efficiency, growth, and value creation potential.
  • You act as the strategic lead during pitches, client meetings, and project reviews to shape impactful, data-driven enterprise solutions.
  • You create and present reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations linking operational improvements to tangible business outcomes.
  • You collaborate with stakeholders at all levels - including CIOs and CFOs - to align technology, processes, and business strategy.
  • You ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards, driving strong project ROI and high client satisfaction.
  • You support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in ERP modernization and digital transformation.
  • You work closely with experts from AI, Data Science, Digital Strategy, and Technology to deliver integrated, data-driven transformation projects.
  • You mentor and empower team members to strengthen their digital, analytical, and technology-focused skill sets.

What we require:

  • You hold an outstanding university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in ERP consulting or in the optimization and digitalization of business processes.
  • You demonstrate strong expertise in ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365 F&O & Business Central, or Oracle NetSuite, with a clear strategic perspective.
  • You have hands-on experience leveraging AI-based tools, RPA, data platforms, and automation technologies to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • You possess a deep understanding of enterprise data management, process optimization, and system integration across multiple functional areas (e.g., finance, logistics, production, sales).
  • You combine exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data and technology insights into strategic value.
  • You are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You work in a proactive, structured, and team-oriented manner and bring a strong passion for technology, AI, data, and digital enterprise transformation.
  • You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
