- You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance, or have completed comparable commercial training in the finance field.
- You bring first professional experience in accounting, controlling, or finance, ideally within a dynamic environment such as consulting or a digital business.
- You have a solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles (HGB/IFRS) and initial experience with ERP or accounting systems such as Datev, SAP, or NetSuite.
- You possess very strong Excel skills; experience with Power Query, Power BI, or Tableau is considered an advantage.
- You work in a precise, structured, and reliable manner, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- You are a proactive and communicative team player who works independently and in a solution-oriented way.
