What we look for:

  • You are passionate about attracting top technical talent (e.g. DevOps, ML engineers, data scientists) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of tech stacks, software development, and the AI/ML landscape, enabling you to effectively engage and assess specialized candidates.
  • You partner closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements, shape role profiles, and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
  • You own the full recruitment lifecycle and are confident in conducting structured interviews for technical roles while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • You take a data-driven, proactive approach to hiring, using market insights and creative sourcing to succeed in competitive tech talent markets.
  • You act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on tech hiring, helping build high-performing, AI-first teams.

What we require:

  • You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruiting, ideally within consulting, the tech sector, or a fast-growing digital environment.
  • You have solid experience working with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, or common ATS systems, and are familiar with recruiting analytics and relevant KPIs.
  • You demonstrate strong interviewing and assessment skills and have a keen sense for potential, cultural fit, and business impact.
  • You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
