What we look for:

You help clients unlock the full potential of their data by ensuring data quality, governance, and structured management of large datasets.
You advise leading companies on data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and master data management (MDM).
You support organizations in establishing processes, roles, and policies that enable sustainable and reliable data usage.
You design and implement pragmatic data governance concepts, including metadata management, data cataloging, and data stewardship.
You collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop fit-for-purpose data management solutions that drive business value.
You conduct data quality assessments, identify gaps, and define remediation strategies.
You facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and change management activities to ensure adoption and long-term success.
You contribute to developing best practices, innovative solutions, and continuously challenge the status quo.

What we require:

You hold a successfully completed university degree in Information Science, Business Informatics, Data Management, or a related field.
You bring at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, or Data Quality Management, ideally within a consulting environment.
You have solid knowledge of data management frameworks and are familiar with common data governance and data catalog tools.
You have experience structuring and analyzing large datasets, identifying inconsistencies, and sustainably improving data quality.
You stand out through excellent communication and facilitation skills and are able to effectively bridge business and technical stakeholders.
You work proactively and independently and thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
You are fluent in German and English.
