Intern/Working Student Legal Operations (m/f/d)

What we look for:

  • You support our Legal Counsel in the development of the legal department and the conception of processes/workflows.
  • You help in setting up a contract management tool, define workflows and processes.
  • You assist with data privacy management and the control of legally compliant auditing and archiving processes.
  • You support legal knowledge management and ensure that all relevant information is presented in an effective way.
  • You help our teams with legal questions from the operational day-to-day business, e.g. by drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • You support the development and conception of inhouse legal trainings.
  • You assist with the further digitalization of a modern legal department.
  • You take responsibility for your own projects.

What we require:

  • You are currently studying German Law or Business Administration with a focus on law and achieve excellent academic results.
  • You have a strong interest in legal processes and Legal Tech topics.
  • You possess excellent computer skills (proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; programming skills are a plus).
  • You work independently, responsibly, and reliably.
  • You demonstrate professional flexibility, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • You enjoy working in a team and maintain client-oriented, professional communication.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
